CL8800 Chemiluminescence Detector
Chemiluminescence is an emission of light that is resulted as an electronic excitation of luminescing species led by chemical reaction.
Chemiluminescence detection does not require an excitation light beam that is necessary in case of fluorescence detection (such as xenon lamp).
A chemical excitation method makes rather simple instrument design possible to achieve in fairly sensitive detection with wide dynamic range.
